Learning & Development

By implementing training & development programmes at all levels, we aim to strengthen our skills from within. Providing our people with opportunities for both professional and personal development is at our core, enabling us to nurture talent at all points of the career path. Every person within our organisation has access to a training hub, delivering the opportunity for development to our workforce. Mentoring is a key part of our delivery, which provides our people with ‘on desk’ support.



We follow up with participants of our courses to ensure course content is targeted at the right areas, and delivered in the right way in order to improve performance and development. Development needs are assessed as part of our appraisal process, ensuring we can deliver a tailored approach and acknowledging the variety of needs within our workforce. We use formal (appraisal) and informal methods to help us assess and act on satisfaction levels.
